Magento Homepage design and functionality

We need to implement a very clear & simple magento website theme. At first point Homepage need to be implemented as in screenshot (in zip file). Project is urgent. Task is not difficult, for design or development, but for this i need it clear coded. Header: Logo / Account & cart link Main Image: Static image (no text area etc) 2nd part Full width slider -when changing slide, then background image is changing and content with text. 3rd part: According to selection of shoe/color/size a product will be loading (one will be choosed by default) 4rth part: Forget this element, some product in one row (slider) will be showing . *tio when user will select one of this the this product will be loading in 3rdpart area. 5th part: Footer links
