We require an IT specialist for immediate support and long-term collaboration on our e-commerce website, primarily used for backend operations with Magento and m2e Pro. The website facilitates stock management and product uploads to eBay, without a front-end sales component. Our immediate needs include: Import/Export Module Update: Our module is outdated by four years, preventing Magento upgrades. We need to select and implement a new import/export solution from recommended options like Amasty, MageBees, Firebear Studio, or other suitable Adobe Commerce Marketplace products. Magento Upgrade: The platform is significantly out-of-date. An upgrade to the latest version is necessary for improved security, functionality, and compatibility with new plugins. Website Redesign: Aesthetic improvements are required to enhance the website's appearance and user experience. This includes layout, theme, navigation, and functionality enhancements. Payment System Implementation: We plan to add a payment processing system for direct sales through the website. SEO Optimization: Assistance with SEO to improve online visibility and organic traffic. General Maintenance: Regular updates, stock management, and website health checks. Skills and Responsibilities: Advise on the best import/export module option and oversee its implementation. Manage the Magento upgrade process. Lead the website redesign for a better look and functionality. Integrate a new payment system. Implement SEO best practices. Conduct ongoing website maintenance and updates.
