Linux Server Admin - Web Hosting Server Setup & Configuration

I need help getting a wordpress website hosting server set up from scratch off of Ubuntu 16.04. I need the server set up for hosting, MySQL, PHPMyAdmin, and whatever else might be needed in a normal web hosting server setup. I'd like have installed and to use open source control panel VestaCP. If possible, any optimizations for WordPress, if they exist, would be wanted. Would like the server to be configured for nginx+apache. I also need the server Nameservers set up and configured correctly. I need server security hardening implemented as well. Please make sure you are experienced and capable of completing all of the above tasks before placing a bid. Need applicant to be able to start immediately.
