Housing society website and portal

We want to develop a website which will have following features: A. Social: 1. User login 2. Admin, accountant, president etc different login with different features or options enable or disable. 3. Open forum or Blog to discuss about some point. 4. Vote or pooling features on a particular subject or suggestion. 5. Notice board 6. Notification through email and sms. (we have sms gateway, msg91) B. Booking and payment: 7. Community hall booking based on date and time and payment. (we have the payment gateway ccavenue, instamojo) 8. Monthly maintenance payment link. 9. Manuall payment status upload by accountant login. 10. Special donation (like puja, sports etc) payment link and manual payment upload options. 11. Payment failed notification through email and sms. 12. Payment failed notification at noticeboard auto generated after specified date. C. Accounting and reports: 13. Total payment collection report through cash. 14. Total payment collection report through bank account. 15. Journal entry for payment received from a user or from indirect income (by selling un usable goods). 16. Journal entry for expenses. 17. Different expenses head and sub head. Like Salary (Security guard salary, swipper salary). Electricity bill (Community hall, GYM, Parking area, common sopace), Development (civil work, painting), Maintaince (water tank cleaning, floor cleaning). Many more. 18. Accountant can create income and expenses head as per requirement. 19. Need all type of accounting head, like fixed asset, consumable asset, depreation value etc. 20. Balance sheet can be generated anytime and posted to notice board. 21. Electricity bill, bank account statement and journal can be seen and downloadable by any user from front end. 22. Any user can track the expenses from the accounting dashboard. 23. Any user can also track who is not paid the rentals and other expenses.
