fix wordpress registration form

When a user completes the registration form [login to view URL] the user is supposed to be redirected to [login to view URL] . This is no longer working. After doing research this is what I have found that needs to be done. The on_sent_ok and on_submit settings are deprecated and scheduled to be abolished by the end of 2017. Can someone fix this for me please?

Hi, I will resolve this issue but I need to have a look on the back-end and, check the settings of on_sent_ok/on_submit by myself. The issue seems small if the problem is with settings, however, if it is not in the said settings then we may have to debug it. Experience: 15+ years Regards, SR
