FIx permalink settings in wordpress (woocommerce) - easy regex fix to redirect old pages to new ones

This is a simple job - Please reply with - "I can fix permalinks !!!!" at the begining - i will only responds to these replies. I need to switch the permalinks on the site from the current to post name and product. This is the current - screen shot: 1. [login to view URL] 2. [login to view URL] The main problem is that i dont want to loose indexation - last time i did it, all of my site indexation was ruined. I need to use the Redirector plugin to set a rule to redirect all of the previous pages to the new ones, making sure none of the pages will show a 404. Thats should be a very simple regex if you know regex.
