here are a few of the enhancements that I would like to have the programmer handle as a way to test skills and abilities. They are simple yet it provides for an introduction to Databox. 1. Email interface: we would like to send email via our google business application aka Gmail accounts. Each employee has there own gmail account including unique email address and password. Databox does have a short cut button that currently interfaces with Outlook but we want to bypass outlook and send emails directly from our Gmail accounts. 2. Click to Call Feature: Databox also has a click to call feature which is also illustrated on the screenshot above. We currently use a VOIP system called RingCentral. We are looking to have databox interface with RingCentral when making outbound calls. I know that there is a simple script now that gets added to the call log when the clicktocall icon is used. 3. Proposal Generation: We need to correct our script to pick up template documents from google doc. the script currently is programmed to drop box. Thanks!
