We based poster software. Website that allows they upload of image content to multiple locations via central site. a user can create an account and upload his or her images into a smooth running tile like scroll feature. when a user clicks on they image it brings they selected image to the front of the screen full screen. database would me mysql unless advised on better solution. software would also have to be able to export images onto a flash drive for image fail over incase online drops.
