Hi, I have done SMS (and other messaging solutions) already a couple of time. Click-A-Tell integration is pretty straight forward (alternatively I have e.g. Twilio here). I do not fully know the appointment software but if you can sent me the package it should be possible to integrate. Just looked through their "API" and there is a minimum the field "{client_phone}". So the phone should be already there. I am at GMT +0200, so maybe you contact me early your time. And maybe we can switch to an alternative messaging. best Carsten Harnisch
