I want a program that detects announcements on cryptoexchanges and let me know AS SOON AS POSSIBLE. Speed is the most important thing. #1 The program should provide an option to turn off monitoring of a specific exchange. For example, I should be able to manually set the program to monitor announcements from Upbit and Bithumb only. #2 When the program detects a new announcement, the program should give me an alarm and show me the whole text of the announcement on my computer. At the same time, the program should relay the announcement message to my personal telegram channel too. #4 SPEED AND STABILITY ARE THE MOST IMPORTANT! I should be able to read the new announcement the moment it is posted. There should be almost no delay. There should be no error too. #5 Exchanges The program should monitor Upbit, Bithumb, Bittrex, Binance, Huobi, Bitfinex and OKEX. Detailed specifications of each exchange is provided below. -- Full specifications will be provided upon being awarded. Thanks!
