We are setting up a Job Board/Networking site. The goal is to attract users by offering them a great profile that helps them showcasing and promoting their work and which is also used within Entroupe to apply for potential jobs. The platform revolves around three main functions: User Profiles Company Profiles The Job Board As opposed to most Job Boards, I don’t want there to be any difference between employers and employees, everyone is on the same level and can offer jobs, as an individual or a company. I’ve installed the WP Job Manager plugin, the Jobify theme and several other additional add-on plugins to have all the functionalities available, but I need a few customisations. I have exchanged some messages with the makers of the Jobify theme about a possible integration with another one of their themes, Listify, since they both use the WP Job Manager plugin, and they have suggested that perhaps a multisite installation of wordpress might allow for the use of both themes in the same context, so Jobify would be used for its Job Board functionalities and Listify for its listings functionalities. In any case, these are the changes that are currently required (ideally, these changes should be applied to the child theme): REGISTRATION Add Fields for a new Company registration when a New User is registering for an account OR add a separate registration for a Company When a New User is registering, he should be able to select an existing company from the database (if done in Ajax it would be great), in case he works for an already existing company. An email should be sent to whomever previously registered the company to ask for confirmation that the new user works indeed for the Company. PROFILE CUSTOMIZATION The User Profile needs to be very visual and have a striking and streamlined look, I have some example designs which i can show you. The Company Profile needs to have an equally striking effect, and could be similar to the Listings of the Listify theme. USER PROFILE/COMPANY PROFILE A user needs to be able to also update a company profile. The company profile should include a list of users that belong to that company. URL MODIFICATION Urls should be modified so that a user or a company can have a simple domain: [login to view URL] or [login to view URL] LOCATION SERVICES Everything should be location based and tagged through Google Maps. There is an add-on for WP Job Manager that automatically detects the user’s location, I can purchase that if necessary. ADDITIONAL FIELDS IN JOB BOARD The Job Board should include an additional field to allow users to post different types of ads according to their needs: for example if they are looking for a film shooting location, film props, vehicles, etc. ADDITIONAL FIELDS IN JOB SUBMISSION The Project Name and Type should be a value SEO OPTIMIZATION I would like the site to be optimised as much as possible for SEO MOBILE OPTIMIZATION I would like the site to be optimised as much as possible for SEO
