I feel you dont undertand the seriousness of stituation, there my be lot of code changes than you imagine, It is baed on developer of the current software, a true evaluation will take more than a day to identify all the changes required. then ou have to make the changes, It may also take more time, have to do testing a well. i feel your budget is inadequate
