Changes & Fixes of my Wordpress based Website (Responsive Navigation)

I need someone fixing some things on my Wordpress based website. The Website is [login to view URL] The original template is: [login to view URL] The tasks: - I need the website in 2 languages (english & german). I want the website to recognize automatically if the visitor is from germany (in that case show the german version) or from outside of Germany (in that case show the english version) plus I need an EN / DE choice button also inside the top navigation next to the magnifying glass on the right side. - I need a Youtube button in the social media button row & the social media buttons on the left side and the magnifying glass & language buttons on the right side should be made symmetrically aligned - below the menu "hang with us", I want the popup menu be just wide enough so "Andrea's Wonderland" does not have to be in 2 rows - the black space / triangle behind the main menu needs to be fixed: Make Logo smaller (80% of its size now), have the logo and navigation come up so the whole thing does not take up too much space of the page, place the triangle so that the spike is exactly in the middle of the page and when resizing the window on any computer it should have to stay at the middle and the 2 sides of the triangle flexing with the width of the menue - The spike / triangle at the bottom of the dropdown menu needs to be fixed in top navigation view when you’ve scrolled down For all work on the design I will send you a Mockup you can realize EXACTLY as you see. It is very important that it looks good on computer and mobile screens and the responsive menu works well. Please only bid if you can handle ALL the tasks and are experienced with wordpress & also the system that is behind the top navigation. Thanks!
