Service Order Dispatch System I need at least 3 years PHP/MySQL experience and this project must be based on the Laravel Framework We serve many companies to provide after-sales service package. End-user apply for the service request by calling the business service center (offline), End-user’s request and information will be recorded in our system by our Service Order Recorder. Next, our Primary Order Dispatcher will distribute the Service Orders to the Service Providers. Then the Oder Dispatcher of Service Provider will assign the order to the Service Group or Engineer. The Service Engineer will contact to the End-User to make reservation and then visit End-user. After that the Service Engineer work to solve End-User’s problem, this might need Service Engineer go to End-user’s place serval times. Finally, End-user signature to conform problem is solved. Service Engineers need to take pictures and then upload to our system. The system actually a CRM, and most like a ticket system. The system will send E-mail notification or SMS to the End-user and anyone related to the Service Order when any important event happen, e.g., service order assign/reopen/close. Finally, encourage End-user to feedback for this service and then service closed. All the data of service order will be analyzed and statistice by the system, serval reports will be generated, in order to evaluate the Service Providers and Serivce Engineers.
