Build a Website

I believe what you're asking for is a section on your website for listeners to enter a song request. I imagine the way you can do this is to have the users input the request, hit submit, and then that request is sent to be stored in your mysql database. Then, from a password protected (admin) page, you want to be able to see the incoming requests. You could see them by having the page pull data from the mysql concerning the requests. Wouldn't it also be great to get an email notification each time a request is submitted by the user? That is also a thought too. I have great experience dealing with MySQL and websites built in PHP, as well as vast programming experience in general. Please tell me your thoughts or any more details.
