I need you to code me a SCRAPER that downloads banners and links from a website. EXPLANATION: [login to view URL] you will see couple of banners and links below the banners if you change the partner id number to [login to view URL] you will see different banners and links. Not every partner id has banners and links though so i want this scraper to go from [login to view URL] to partner id [login to view URL] or whatever id i choose and check if there are banners and links on each partner id and if there are banners and links i want the scraper to download them and save them, in a way for me to know which banner belongs to which [login to view URL] in folders and it should not save anything if the partner id is empty. When you bid tell me if you can do it and if i like your offer i will send you a link to te website so you can see how this can be done.

Hey there! Something like this shouldn't take me more than a few hours if I can have you on chat every once in a while while I develop it. I understand everything perfectly. The only thing that we would need to figure out would be the naming convention. e.g., a new folder would be created for each partner id that has banners/links, but how should the banners/links be named? Something like [login to view URL] + [login to view URL], where [login to view URL] contains the link connected to [login to view URL] I feel like that would probably work best.
