BUILD AN APPLICATION

I am working on a project DATA INFORMED CROW MANAGEMENT IN FIRE in this i want a application for a demonstration in which when i m visiting to any mall then suddenly any fire take place and when in its first stage i will enter my location in website then it should show the best route for evacuation from that building in minimum possible time other then the route where fire take placed. This is the overview my demands are not the much but in this further modification i will need. So, whoever intrested contact me i will explain in you detail.
