Avada-Woocommerce Checkout Fields and Dependent Dropdowns

I need someone with good communication skills to help me finish the customization of the Avada-Woocommerce checkout fields, we are based in Costa Rica and need to make the address fields dependent from each other: If user selects X State then the options for City options are related to that State only, also after selecting that City there is another Field (Region) that also needs to be dependent to City and State, this fields need to be written to the database as well so they get saved with the users data/profile. The other project is to finish a project that is already started also related to the above. There are other small things to customize, if the price is right and we make a good connection I estimate we can give about 5-8 hours of total work with more in the future.
