One of them was for GPS device for people and second project for car(but device was simple and web site has simple functional). But app for people contain active device list with people who have device, geo-fences, reports, history with tracks on map. and many other different features. So I can say that I really have huge experience in system like this. I can create similar web site use ASP.NET and SQL database. If you want I can send you screen shot for my GPS app(not release version, but stable, and I can't send you login or pass, because app work in private client network). So I can start right now. But you must to know that system like this can't be done in few weeks. I spent many time until finish this apps. And if somebody tell you that can do this app in 20-30 days its not possible create big cool app for this small time.
