Multilingual Uber-like app for moving company + the website as control center.

Bonus info: I would like the freelancer or the agency to describe how the job can be done rather than a copy/paste text. Also give me a price which I can count on. The project is I think detailed enough, if it's not your input would be appreciated. Details: I'm looking for experienced app programmer(s) who can build uber-like app (both iOS and android) for moving services + a website that would function both as the app do and function as the control center. The app will have the same setup as [login to view URL], using Google Map. The app will have a cpanel on the website for the admin to control the price, emails, form fields, users and everything else. I want the app to have a variety of services to chose from, like hourly rate and flat rates of different truck sizes, home sizes and with different floors and etc. I should be able to add the types of products and services through cpanel. Most importantly I want it to be integrated with Woocommerce paymentgateway or [login to view URL] On the frontpage I want it to be shown with two options: one which is a button where the customer can order moving right away. The other where the customer can get quote. I also want SMS notification feature. If possible I would like the website to be on WordPress, as I'm a bit into WordPress. Additional Project Description: Customer Side: 1) Sign up form (I will specify the form) included with creditcard that can be charged automatically every time the service is used. Here it should be integrated with [login to view URL] 2) Pickup and Drop location-Connect to Google Map 3) Allow passenger to see the distance of the trip, amount of time the job takes and the amount they will pay. 4) Accept/Decline the a job. If Accept, they will disptach the driver. If Decline, they will return to the Pickup & Drop Off. 5) Once they arrive to their destination and the load off is done, they will see the total cost and give review of their driver. 6) The customers should rate the job (driver and the helper) after the job is done. Just like Uber. 7) Facebook log in. Driver Side: 1) All the drivers will have the Google Map open on the app, so when a customer request for a service, they will have Accept button. Once they accept it, it will notify the passenger that their driver is on his way. Or when they are assigned to a job from the control center, they should be able to accept and the customer should get notified both on the app and by SMS, that the moving guys are on the way. 2) When they Accept a job, they will be taken to another page, where it has Start button once they start the job. When the job is done, they will have End button, so the passenger will receive a total cost with rate option. Also the passenger will receive an email of the receipt. Admin Panel 1) The admin should be able to assign jobs that has been ordered before to any registered driver regardless of the time and date the job has to find place. 2) The admin should be able to see and controle all the transaction, like payment, drivers activity, etc. 3) The admin should be able to control everything possible and make changes. It has been done before and several moving companies use it already, so for inspiration look at [login to view URL] Your own input and suggestions for how to make the app and the website even more awesome is even more appreciated. But the functions mentioned above are unshakeable. Also I need to be able to add extra pages to the app, like for example a guide for customers for their moving day and even a blog.
