Website + Squeeze page

I need a good website built with a squeeze page. Both the site and the page require video content. I also need you to write for me a good ebook to be sold and some videos or gifts that I can give in the thankyou page (after the squeeze page). I was thinking about something about "weight loss" or "stop smoking" or "to make money online".
