Programmer needed to develop a portal (1955349)

We need a web developer to develop a portal as per our design specifications. We will provide the clickable prototype with graphic designs and the development for that design needs to be done using the latest technologies. Requirements: 1. Should be able to convert the prototype into actual website. 2. Proficient in PHP with Zend Framework. 3. Proficient with PostgressSQL as backend database. 4. Working knowledge of Javascript, JQuery, HTML5 5. Should be proficient in CSS and develop tableless design 6. Knowledge of Google Visualization API. ## Deliverables Details: 1. We need a programmer who can convert the prototype provided by us into a functional website. 2. The website will have web 2.0 features so the vwoker should be proficient with CSS, JQuery and AJAX. We donot need a designer as we will provide the design prototype with graphics. 3. We need to use framework(ZEND framework) instead of just plain PHP in webpages. 2. Our existing code can help a bit in order to understand the structure of the data but needs to be changed entirely as we want to implement the entire new design structure including the framework.
