Manage Members in Membership Site

We have a membership site (using a blog in [login to view URL]) When the user signs up (using [login to view URL]) we want automatically using the clickbank IPN (instant payment notification) for that user to get an account created in wordpress (just a user in wordpress with the role of subscriber only). If the user refunds/cancels the user should be automatically deleted from wordpress. The clickbank IPN sends a transaction for a sale, refund, or cancellation (a http post is made to a specific URL). So all you will need to do is write code that looks at the incoming transaction and to take the appropriate action. The users email address is the login and a random password needs to be created, and then an email sent to the user with their login details. As well as creating a record in wordpress there should also be another record written in a mysql database which contains all details passed by clickbank as well as the username and password. A simple administration program needs to be developed to allow an admin person to add/edit/delete users, and any changes are made to the wordpress blog as well. e.g. if password is changed for a user, database is updated, and blog is updated, etc. Likewise for deletion, etc. You will probably have to create a wordpress plugin to do the username creation, etc. It would have simple functionality (add, update, delete). Also a hidden password would be send anytime the admin program communicates with wordpress (or the add script) to ensure a hacker or unauthorised user cannot edit/add their own records. At the time a new user is added (either by IPN or by admin program) that username would be subscribed to an auto responder automatically ([login to view URL]). If a user record is deleted, that user would be removed from the autoresponder. If you know php and wordpress you will be ok for this project. The clickbank IPN is well documented and there is also a "test mode" so you can test it easily.
