Looking for partner to be forum moderator, HUGE income potential

Hi I am looking for a partner to be mostly a forum moderator and advisor to my website www.bigfishbuilder.com. It is still in development, but will be launched soon. Users selling these games earn up to 40% commission for every game sold, if they sign up trough my affiliate link, then I earn 25% of whatever they make in their lifetime. Big Fish Builder will help users start, run and optimize their income (and thus my income). I will do much advertisement to promote the website when it is launched. I need a partner to be a forum admin that can help users in building and running their website. What I offer in return is for my main Big Fish Games account to be an affiliate of your account. This means you make 25% of whatever my website Big Fish Builder earn, in other words, if I earn 1000$ a month, you earn 250$ a month. I need someone to be a technical admin along with me on the Big Fish Builders forum, this mean helping users with any technical questions they might have (customizing website, SEO, link builder, starting/running their website etc.) I also need the occasional help with articles on building/running/maintaining a Big Fish Games web store, link building and SEO. (I will write some myself and purchase articles from others aswell) Big Fish Games offer some tools to create a Big Fish Games website, these tools are XML Data URL, RSS Feeds and what they call the Satellite Gamesite System, you can read more about these on Big Fish Builder and Big Fish Games. In order to help with articles and answer questions on the forum you will need to be familiar with XML, RSS, HTML, SEO, PHP, Link Bulding etc. Other skills such as that can help users build their Big Fish Games website is a big pluss. IMPORTANT: This is a long term project that require you to visit and answer questions on the forum daily, I can monitor this.
