HTML Landing Web Page Template With CSS

I need a simple web page template with a css style sheet. The template needs a header, one column body and a footer. The color scheme of the site is dark blue and a dark red. I'll add all the content so you can use whatever content you want in the design. I'd also like a 2 column version as well. The header needs a small container to the left for a logo and a container on the right for a security image. Here are some examples of what we are looking for... The download button is very important so I'd like to see 4-6 different versions of download buttons. This project should not take long...the faster the better and the coder that communicates quickly and has a great rating will get the job. Thanks
