create mortgage calculators using PHP

I need clones (exact copies) of these mortgage calculators: [login to view URL] login using: username = admin password = admin 1) Each calculator should be ONE PHP file. The HTML form should be contained within the file, with the computation processing. Those calculators that are entirely javascript (no PHP) should remain javascript. I do no have the formulas available, so you'll have to research them. 2) All calculators should use a common .css file and common header/footer 3) You should match the design of the calculators exactly, except that you can remove the logo in the top-left corner, and the title at the top of each calculator can be plain text (not image). The goal of this project is to put these mortgage calculators on my own website, so that I do not have to reference "[login to view URL]". These should work with PHP 4.3 - 5.x, they should NOT require a database, they should work with register_globals off and in other PHP configurations - try to make them as platform independent as possible. Separate the design logic from the coding logic as much as possible (don't create spaghetti code).
