Complete site design

We require a full site including header and skins for various web applications done for a client. Please view the uploaded file for more details. Make sure you submit a bid amount, and a portfolio! ## Deliverables 1) Design the web site layout and graphics in Photoshop and deliver the PSD unflattened version as well as jpg layout of the web site. 2) Also the design must be cut and put into fully working CSS/XHTML and must be ready to put content straight into. 3) The skins created have to be fully compatable and work reliably and no further modification should be needed to implement them. 4) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
