Web Developers Needed for Regular Work Dear Freelancers, I'm starting a new digital agency with a goal of providing great quality technology services. One of our major goals is to provide great website design, development and maintenance for our clients. With this in mind, I'm looking for a freelancer that I can work with on ongoing basis. I will provide you with regular work based on your availability. The personal attributes I'm looking for in a freelancer: • Dedication (Care about our projects and go above and beyond to provide excellent quality). • Time-effectiveness (Respect our time as a team and try to work as effectively as you potentially can). • Great communication (Great English skills, timely communication, warnings on time, regular project updates, willingness to share and communicate) • Honesty (No funky business, integrity and mutual respect). Regarding actual positions, I'm accepting the following types: • Entry-level developer (with up to 3 years of experience, good all around knowledge, willing to learn and to improve). • Experienced developer (someone with a great all around experience and knowledge, patient and meticulous, willing to share, teach and maybe even assume a team manager position in the future). We do most of our projects in Wordpress so someone who can modify and customize themes and plugins is very much preferred. Occasionally, we might do something outside of Wordpress so if you know how to work around different systems that's also a great addition to your Wordpress skills. This is a project for someone who will accept regular work from us and have the long term in mind. If we help you by providing constant stream of work you don't have to spend so much time bidding for some other projects. Having that in mind, I'm really expecting your best possible rate and over time, if you dedicate yourself we will provide bonuses (on project completion) or even hourly rate raises.
