Simple Wordpress Plugin

Hi There, I need a wordpress plugin that allows me to do the following things. 1) Upload a list of keywords that will be used to generate posts. 2) Each post will by generated from a template, and the only thing to change will be the keyword for that post 3) All Title, Description and keyword tag fields are to be updated as well. Integrate with the SEO plugin we use. 4) All posts to be added to a pre chosen category. 5) have the choice to drip feed posts. I need this pretty quickly.. and I am sure good devs can whip this up pretty easily. I await to hear from you all.
