Simple Crowdfunding Plugin

We are looking for a Wordpress plugin developer to create a simple shopping cart plugin specifically for our use. The basis of our platform is crowd funding for products we have on our site. All the money goes to us so there is no split payments needed. Paypal Adaptive Payments will need to be incorporated however for payment pre-approval. Basic structure is a product goes up for 30 days if the product gets 30 pre orders within the 30 days it gets made and the orders a are full filled. All products are added by admin. There is no front end user accounts etc. As it is Paypal adaptive payments we you can only checklout with 1 product at a time. You can checkout with multiple of that such as a small, medium and a large but only one product item. Front End Pages will include:- - Main Shop Page (this will feature all the products there name cost and a bar showing progress) - Individual Product Page (this will feature images of the product and detailed info etc. Will also need to include info such as No. Sold, No. to go. and days left. Other info will be a progress bar and a preorder button that takes you directly to a checkout page.) - Checkout Page (Checkout page is shown directly after per-ordering a product. Checkout page will have the item in a table where you can change quantity, and size. You can also add item lines of the product to by multiple of the product in different sizes, womens and mens. Page will also include form for Clients details such as address etc. for mailing.) Backend Pages will include:- - Pages to add and manage products. - Sales Pages table of products when clicked on takes you to a page with all the sales made on the product and all the shipping info etc for the order. - Settings page with any info needed. - Widget for front page that shows successful and unsuccessful products. I was looking into developing myself but am not going to get time to dive into the coding etc. We will be developing the theme for the site just need a plugin for all the structure.
