Search Module Modification on a Wordpress Real Estate Theme - repost

I have a Wordpress website doing real estate business. I have a search module in the website allows people to search properties. But some functions not working properly. They need to get fixed. Also I need to add a filter there allow people to search by price. It can be a sliding price range filter or just dropdown price range selection, whichever easier. But personally I like the one they have in [login to view URL] if it's doable. I've posted this project here before couple times and no one could finish it. They all said the theme's codes are quite difficult to work with. So please bid this project you really really know what you are doing. If cannot finish 100% of this I will not pay any money. Thanks.
