Looking for designers for regular work as designers for a website CMS platform

Hi I am looking for designers who create both HTML and Wordpress templates. Our firm is setting up a CMS based platform- fully self hosted with many features. While it is based on Wordpress- it goes further with many enhancements. In this regard, we wish to appoint designers- who can create 2 types of designs (a) Designs that are sold on our marketplace- and you get a percentage based fee for each sale (b) Designs that you custom create for our clients- these are not listed on the marketplace but are exclusively used by each client. Again we get a percentage of the fees as referral fee. The entire billing is done via our platform and you can see which design work you have created that has been sold and accordingly our/your fees can be calculated. We need both HTML and Wordpress Templates. Both will need some specific types of CSS like for Wikis/ Helpdesk/ Project Management/ Social Network etc-- our platform features a huge range of web apps and templates can be created for all of these(including the ones I mentioned). Also we need templates only in Twitter Bootstrap. Both for HTML and Wordpress templates. Please get in touch with me for further information- and any queries you may have. Including your fees/ percentage share for us and you. We will handle the core CMS/ web apps while the design part is left to you (designers) In your bid, please mention (a) Your fee per template sold in our marketplace as a percentage of the sale price (b) Your willingness not to charge anything upfront for such templates. (c) Your fee as a percentage of the total fee charged by a client in case of custom design for single site (d) Your willingness to sign a Agreement that you wont resell the templates you create for our marketplace or clients anywhere else- and if you do - the agreement is terminated+ we can use all your templates you have given to us as we see fit + charge a fine as well. (e) In presence of clear proof of use of template created by you for our marketplace somewhere else (or if its being sold somewhere else)--> our decision is final and binding. In this case, we can create a video of visiting the site (where you are selling a template or using it for a client that you have created for our marketplace)--> and share it with you. That is accepted as final and binding proof of your non compliance with the agreement (and point d applies). (f) Any other disputes(which are unlikely)- are subject to final decision by our administrators- where a fair chance will be given to you to present your version of the dispute/ problem. (g) How many templates you can create per week/per month? (Both HTML and Wordpress versions of same design are permitted). Yours sincerely, Arvind.
