Add search engine to wordpress

I need a developer( programmer ). my site ([login to view URL]) is a Job posting site currently on wordpress. I will like to programmer to implement a job grabber on my wordpress website.( which mean that visitors will be able to search for jobs also on the web using my site..( Users can currently search for jobs on my site but not on the web ). Put this in your bid so i know you are really interested "Joblagon" NOTE: The search box should be able to grab specific informations from job posting directories such as ( job title, discription, contact information )and then show them on my site..
