End user can post a job of any kind, plumbing, electrical, mechanical, computer problem etc. Registered specialist, like a plumber or a builder can bid or quote for any job they have registered themselves, provided their membership is up to date in terms of payment etc. Users should be able to post and exchange information on the website but a certain amount of control is required, for eg a job will not be posted if it has not been approved by the admin. There should a bidding system implemented too but that will be based on a different criteria, say for eg if a job is urgent, a water leak will require a plumber. Also, they should be able to create profiles, send messages to each other and keep all the information private, including their profiles. If there is any other questions, please ask before you bid. system should be a prototype life cycle with a client centric development approach.
