OTA Settings for mobile

I need the ota settings as binary SMS for %90 phone available on the market. You will supply me a CSV the first colloumn will show the brand: like nokia, Ericsson, Alcatel etc. Second Collumn will show the model like : 6600, 7110 etc (ie. for nokia) third will show the settings criterias: accesspoint=vodafone etc (I will supply these upon your request. fourth will show the binary content for that message fifth will show the binary header information for that message. UDH AT THE SECOND PHASE OF THE PROJECT (PLS DONT INCLUDE THIS IN YOUR BIDS.
