Web Based SQL Reports

Create a printable / pdf capable website that will query data on a SQL server through odbc. User needs to be able to login and choose which report they want to run. User should be able to print from screen or download via PDF (properly formated). Reports generated need to match my sample report. If possible i would like to use the security of the CRM website the data is comming from. This site will require to the user to login (authentication to ba handeled by database you create or you can authenticate off of the AD server[preferred]). The IIS server will be in the same domain as AD. The SQL server is stand-alone across the internet. The report needs to pull all "exlusive available listing" properties in the system. This report needs to be sorted by Specialty, City then Size. Specialty = Industrial, Office, Retail, etc... City = City Name Size = Available SF After the listing becomes a "COMP" the property needs to be moved to the bottom of the report into a "COMP" section where it shows the COMPS that have been created within the past 30 days. You will need to look at the DB structure. I will not accept a bid until you look at the system.
