Simple Graphics Job - 2 GIF File

I am seeking bid for a simple graphics job. You'll need to create 2 GIF file based on the theme of the website I am going to provide to you. The spec of the 2 GIF file can be found at this URL [login to view URL] Please look at the spec of Image01 and Image02. The final deliverable will be (You can see in the attachment) 1. 2 GIF File 2. The original PSD file used to create the GIF File It will be great but not compulsory if you can show me your past portfolio. If I like your work we are looking at some long term works probably 20-30 jobs per month depending on how fast/good you can produce. Thanks.
