TV Satelite on PC

Please check the two programs that are attached. These programs enable to watch TV on a PC by Internet. There are two editions: Elite (with 2500 channels) and Titanium (with 3500 channels). The passwords are: Elite: tvpc2006 Titanium: tvpc777 I want to copy this software but making some changes in order to go around any possible copywrite rights. The changes are the following: 1. All menus and commands must be in Spanish. I can help with the translations if necessary. 2. Layout design must be slightly different. 3. A solution for managing future updates must be provided. It must be possible to add new channels or delete/modify the existing ones. 4. The name of the product will be: TV Satélite para PC a) Edición Oro (2500 channels) b) Edición Platino (3500 channels) ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
