E-Mail Signature

I need an executable file that people can download from my web site that will automatically set up an email Signature which my URL in it on all outgoing email on there email client. It must also include an agreement that they agree to do this in the setup along with a disclaimer statement. It needs to work on all versions of outlook. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) Exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
