Header creation for Photopost

I need a header and an upgrade for my site, [login to view URL] Please bring some experience. I promise to work with you every step. I am very accessible through email and Yahoo IM. ## Deliverables 1. Upgrade of Photopost to the latest version. Continue using one login for both scripts. 2. I want to use the Aria skin from <[login to view URL]>, which is already installed on Vbulletin. I need it showing correctly on the Photopost pages. 3. Once you get the Aria skin working on Photopost pages, I need a custom header. 4. Header will at a minimum, include: my chicken logo, subscribe box for mailing list (i will provide the html), 8 or more customizable links, a small text box. Must be as thin as possible and loaded quickly. Must be expandable and not create a left to right scroll bar. 5. The custom header will only show on [login to view URL] and on Vbulletin pages. I do not want it showing on the [login to view URL] pages. 6. I also need a text based footer with 8 or more links to be at the bottom of all pages. 7.
