convert outlook emails to vcard

I receive the attached emails in outlook or i can forward them to a seprate pop account and i need to convert the data in the message body to individual vcard format so i can click on them make some quick edits and save them into my outlook contacts. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows?
