We would need a banking application with an RDBMS [login to view URL] front-end will be of various types like an interface for the Customer Service Unit users from which appointed staffs can open new accounts, etc, Teller Front-End users which allows tellers to have access to customers’ accounts for the purposes of paying/receiving, Manager Front-End users which is equipped with features that allow the managers to monitor what goes on the tellers’ end and to also approve certain transactions, etc. The application must have Non-performance feature to take care of staffing data and services, organization’s fixed assets and liability tracking, etc, An online, Real-Time Transaction processing feature, Application interface for data extraction and conversion into XML return format, Generate and automatically e-mail prudential returns, Compatibility with other applications like Microsoft Word and Excel Spreadsheet, Structured Query Language and e-FASS for data exchange and presentation, etc, Ability to generate accurate, convenient access and timely reports which include Fast reports and two way flow, Trend analysis of all the important ratios required for decision making. Must also possess Teller Access Level for: The purposes of inputting transactions such as customers’ deposits, withdrawals, etc, Sending requests for approval to the officer concerned and getting response online where such are needed in any transaction, Verification of customers’ account details such as balance, status, photographs, signatures, etc, during transactions. Automatically process monthly interests on savings based on bank regulations and automatically updating customers’ account taking interests variation into consideration, and lots more. Just what any small community bank would require. Along with this will be an intranet application and a website for the bank for online services. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law.
