WordPress as CMS

1. WHAT I NEED: A website based on WordPress as CMS. Hosting details will be provided. Deliverable is a fully working website. Bid must be less than $350. 2. DESIGN: I already have an approved design/layout, which you may fine tune where required. 3. FUNCTIONALITY: a. Language - English (default) and Spanish. All content will be provided. b. Speed - Must load quickly (no waiting time like in some Flash websites). c. SEO Friendly - URL for each page must be like "www.abc.com/page-name.html" or "www.abc.com/page-name/" or "www.abc.com/page-name.php" d. Flexibility - Ability to add new pages without breaking site structure e. Friend Referral (Custom Plugin) - User should be able to signup/login to account. After login, user should see a "Refer a friend" link. Clicking on link should bring up "referral form" (very small form, will be provided), into which users can enter a friend's details. Submitting a form should 1) send email to friend, 2) add reward points to users account. f. Media Plugin (Off-the-Shelf Plugin) - Admin should be able to upload & publish images & videos on website. If plugin costs $, I'll pay for it. g. Online Chat (Off-the-Shelf Plugin) - Users should be able to have online chat with admin. If plugin/library costs $, I'll pay for it. h. Will require ongoing future enhancements for which I'll pay you by the hour.
