wordpress auction style site needing revamped. low budget

hi i currently own a site [login to view URL] this site was created and purchased as a template and i need the site to look and flow a lot better, i have been in contact with a few designers and i have had quotes to revamp the site to look a bit cleaner, more of an ebay ebid style look and use rather than the look at present. the structure is all in place to put an item up for auction, also to pay me for listing fee etc, but it need tidied as in if i am to put a listing on for example and it is due to end in 9 days, then put one on that is due to end in 3 days, the site is not showing ending auctions first. also need to remove the google adwords and possibly put a link to some of my other sites, so possible advertising space on the site somewhere on homepage, if you can look at the site, come back to me with a strategy on how you feel you could recreate the template and useability then email me with your bids. Please do not bid if you think this is a high budget project, this is a very low budget project so best strategy and price will win. i will need a little support after i get the site fixed so please take this into consideration. thanks.
