The website will be a listing website where people can Advertise businesses’ they want to sell. • It will be for international clients as well as local from the beginning. • Their must country and currency selector s and depending on the cost an automatic translation option certain services will only be available in certain countries. • Everything should be recorded in a cookie • There must be a tabbed section that allows me to search for businesses or franchises or brokers. • Their will be 3 banner ads (1xtop, 1xside,1xbottom) • People must be able to register and login • Their will be a cart option and services that they can add to the cart , most of it will be recurring monthly • I would like them to log in to an admin panel so that they can create and manage their own ads on the basis that I can approve or disapprove them each time they change it. • They can have three ad options where they can choose a standard listing a top 10 listing or a featured business. • The products and service I would like to edit and control in the admin section . which will be different from the clients admin section. • I would like to see the customers details • Ads waiting to be approved • My services and products • Orders • Subscription management • Banner ad management (Image, frequency, actual playouts) • Email templates Must be able to add articles to the resources page , its like a blog page Value added Services tab on the right will be page specific (buy a business, sell a business, franchise or broker.)
