486692 Raffle Website (Please read)

Hey, What I am looking for is a coder/scripter/web designer to do this project for me. I need a Raffle Software that if I want to put 200 raffle tickets for 5 dollars to sell and all 200 get sold i want it to say sold out. I need a generator in the raffle back end section to pick out a winner. (please remember this is just a brain process. Things can be changed and figured out, this is just an idea we can work together to get this project done) What I need is a simple website with a modern look (like the new bubbly look that websites have): Front End: - Logo as the header - Custom Logo - 3 to 4 CSS roll over buttons (centered under header) Buttons ( Home , Blog, Raffle, Contact) (and all can be changed) Every section with Twitter, Facebook, YouTube Logos on the corner right or top. Contact Section with Enter prompt so they can enter (Name, and Question and they just press Send) Home Section (About us and our email) Blog Section (Somewhere where I can post my own blog and what is going on, when I will be doing my raffle) Raffle Section (Where the visitor can come check to see what we have for raffle this month or week, so they can buy a raffle ticket for that certain prize) (Also be able to register when they buy the raffle so I can send them prize) Back End: - I can add a Raffle to the month, with how many ever tickets I want to sell and with whatever amount of dollars I want to sell the raffles for - Look at any users address - Have a Generator for the names or numbers on the raffle they purchased - Add anything to my blog - Add a Charity Raffle to the calendar If you have done something like it please send me something to see (samples)
