Pligg template customisation

I need a pligg template customised so that people submit different ideas that can be voted on and as they become more popular they move up the top ten list . This website is like an online suggestion box where people can make there ideas heard to people that can make it happen. It will contain several sections for different topics that people can either vote for existing ideas or contribute a new one. Each section will show the top 10 ideas on the main page as voted for by the users with a drop down list for the rest of the ideas submitted. I need space for advertising and google adsense( any other ideas for generating income?). Also is it possible to get a feed for the top news headlines on a particular topic automaticly inserted each day. . As the list of ideas grow I think there needs to be a seperate part to each section where the newly submitted ideas are held for a period of time and if they show some popularity then they are added to the main list.
