Outsource Website Design Wanted - for website design company

What am I looking for ? I have had a new website under construction for some months, its always being put to the back of the Queue to let our clients come first. This has to stop I want this website live and the person that can do it may have a place on my team. How can you impress me ? .. I Have provided my current design , ( the unfinished one ) I love the left hand side navigation and the door , but then it goes wrong… just no excited by what I see, I want something that blows me away. The downside is there is very little room for content so we have to be stratigic with this. There is one way to get a conversation going with me and that is to show me your work i.e My name is John please take a look at some examples of my work. There is one way to end a conversation before it has started and that is send me a life history on you and your company. Please just show me your work and I will decide if your right for my team. I will then invite you to show me an example of how you think just one of the pages should look, We then go further. Thanks D
