I want to build a website similar to [login to view URL] and eksperthjelp.no. The site should contain following: - country setup (by clicking flag the user can change location) - language comaptible (if admin/subadmin opens a country he can upload translated files or change text manually). - Experts in different categories can sign up (by country), administrators needs to verify. - To send a question by mail user has to deposit an amount of Money [login to view URL] or other. - Users can also Call experts for a fixed amount of charge (see [login to view URL]), the administration part needs to have the option to ad own call numbers to each country. - Ad categories. - Automatic paysystem to experts that succesfully has answered user question With mail. i.e a paypal document that admin can run through paypal, this way the expert gets his Commission. - Other administration features necessary to run the site as Automatic as possible. - Other features needed of course.
