Need a paid membership site created somewhat like linkedin

Hello, I need a site created for me that is like linked in but with out the social part. No friending or adding updates. I do not mind getting something out there like Oxwall or phpsocial and having it modified because I will need a lot of the back end stuff. I am just not sure which to get. I need something that can have 10k members or so just in case it does get big. I will need the webpage to be designed and unique though. Basically, I will just have the following pages: Homepage: Color full page that shows examples of the user page that they can setup. Join Page: Just a form page that they can enter there info and pay using paypal. How It Works Page: Just showing the process of how they can setup their page after they become a member. An Articles Page: Just so I can post keyword articles to hopefully generate traffic. Then after they are a member and have paid they will be able to setup their user page that will be at [login to view URL](whatever they choose here) This page will be a page where they can choose different templates. Basically just where the picture and the text goes. After editing it they will need to be able to publish it so it is view able by anyone that goes to that address. There are more things I will need added to this site at some point but I just want to start with that. When I do need the changes I will most likely just use you again and we can go over the terms for that project then. Thank you for your time.
